Price lists define how SKU Items are charged to customers. Multiple price lists allow you flexibility in your pricing structures for different client types and specific scenarios.
Price lists have basic properties, calculation defaults, advanced settings, and tools.

Name – Define the price list – there are many ways to split out price lists based on customer type (retail vs commercial), material, date, or for different dealers or vendors. Work with your account manager to determine how to best separate your SKU items.
Active – Active price lists will appear in the price list dropdown during quoting in the Area Module.

Default – The default price list will be selected for new areas/quotes.
CalcTypeID – A unique identifier for price lists, primarily used by AF developers
Description – provide more details for the price list beyond the name
Add, Copy, Delete – Use these buttons to add a new price list, create a copy of an existing price list, or delete a price list

Price List Calculation Defaults
When a Price List is selected in the Area Module, many default settings are set based on the “Calculation Defaults” defined for that price list.

If “Show Centerline” is checked in the default settings for a price list, when a cutout is added to a top, ActionFlow will automatically check the “Centerline” box for that top. |

The Default Description will appear in the Area Module after the Price List loads. |

Sets the number of decimals for drawing dimensions and the interval the length increases when drawing |

Sets how many decimals will appear in the Area Summary and in the Estimate. |

Sets the “VAT Rate %” in the area module when a price list is selected. |

The Customer and Fab Dimensions calculation default for a price list sets whether the dimension text in the Customer and Fabrication Layouts are inside or outside the bounds of the top or are hidden by default when a price list is selected. |

The “Adjust to Target SKU” setting in the Price List links the SKU item to the line item that is used for this feature. |
