Set the Default Description in the Area Module (Price Lists)

The Default Description will appear in the Area Module after the Price List loads. You can then edit it if needed.

The description can be expanded to see more details. If you don’t see the description in the area module, it may be hidden from Basic view – edit the view to see it.

The Description can be displayed in Estimates.

Figure 3. The description can be displayed in the Estimate at the top of the line items. 

Alternatively, it can be hidden from Estimates and used to track information internally.
