Designate a Class as “Inventory,” “Non-Serialized Inventory,” or “Sink” (Invnty?, NonSer?, Sink?)

- The “Invnty?” checkbox should be checked for any classes that have inventory items that should be tracked – this would likely be material, faucets and sinks, and non-serialized items like brackets and caulk.

Note for shops who do not use inventory - All classes that are a “Material” type must be checked as “Invnty?” regardless of if you use the inventory module.

– The “NonSer?” checkbox should be checked for any classes that will be tracked as non-serialized inventory - inventory items that do not have a unique ID (ie. caulk, brackets, polishing pads, sinks, etc.)

– Check this box if the SKU items in that class are sinks – this applies to both non-serialized and serialized sinks. Designating classes as sinks ensures they will appear on sink reports (ie. Sinks by Install Date, SPEEDLabel)
