Urgent Actions

Actions that have the "Urgent" column checked, show up at the top of the DoNow list in red.

Actions can either be marked as urgent manually or you can define an action as always urgent (ie. address problem, call on-site team.)

Actions that BECOME Urgent

This could be used for a normal action that is part of your process that suddenly becomes urgent. In this case, you will check the box.


Actions that are DEFINED as Urgent

If you have an action like 'Address problem' or 'Call on-site team' that will always be urgent, your administrator or account manager can define the action as urgent in the "Processes" tab.

Whenever you add that action to a process, it will automatically be checked as "urgent."
