Unlock User Password

You must be an Administartor on the account to be able to access the Administration Tab. 

Click on the Administartion tab>Enterprise>Users

Locate the 'lock' symbol in the column next to the UserName.  Click on the empty box to the left of the lock to highlight that row.

Once this is highlighed, the 'Unlock Password' will be available to click. 

Click 'Unlock Password'  and you will receive a pop up that the password has been unlocked.
