      QuickBooks Export

      This is a video that details how to export the information in ActionFlow to QuickBooks.  See note below for "estimate" export.

       

       

      Note: The export function works for both "invoices" and "estimates" into QuickBooks.

      In order to do an "estimate" export:

      1.     An action is created with the name "Estimate Export" 
      2.     The "InvoiceExport?" box checked in Action Definitions 

       

      Note: If it is your FIRST TIME exporting from ActionFlow to QuickBooks Online, you need to go to the following link and "run the TLS 1.2 Readiness Tool."

      (It is okay that is says "Quickbooks Desktop" at the top of that page. This link works for Online.)
