QuickBooks Payment Allocation

QuickBooks has a feature that automatically applies payments, which can sometimes lead to payments being assigned to the wrong invoice or job for dealers.

For instance, after exporting an invoice and then exporting a payment for that invoice/job, QuickBooks may mistakenly apply the payment to a previous job rather than the current invoice/job. This can occur when there are outstanding invoices for that particular dealer.

If you encounter issues with payments being allocated incorrectly in QuickBooks, it's important to review your QuickBooks settings or process to address any recurring problems. ActionFlow does not have control over how payments are automatically applied to invoices in QuickBooks.
