Add a Promotion Description to a SKU Item Name (Promo Desc)

Add a promotion description to a SKU Item name using the “Promo Desc,” column.

In this example, the material color has a promotion description, “Promo Price through 8/31.” The description shows up in the area module.

Figure 2. The promotion text appears in the Area Summary.

The promotion description then appears on the estimate.

Figure 3. The promotion text is on the estimate for that line item.
