Actions Definitions - Date Label

Summary of possible uses of the "DateLabel" column in the Action Definitions grid in the Processes tab.

Setting the "DateLabel" field sets the text in the "Date" column in the Action grid. The text you set can correspond to a few different functions.

 "Email Date" - Setting this field to "Email Date" is used for auto/batch emailing. When an email is automatically sent before a scheduled action (ie. Template), this field will track when the email was sent. In this example, the template is scheduled for 11/15 at 11 am so ActionFlow sent an email at 11/14 at 11 am.

"Export Date" - Setting this field to "Export Date" is used for the Quickbooks integration. When actions are designed for collecting payments, this column can track when the payment was exported to QB.
