How to Uninstall and Reinstall ActionFlow
Below are troubleshooting steps when ActionFlow won't Install or Open. If a step doesn't work, try the next. If it still won't open, open a ticket or contact your account manager. We know it is frustrating so we want to get you up and running!
1. Use Windows uninstall and reinstall

2. Clear the ClickOnce cache
1. Uninstall ActionFlow
2. Clear the ClickOnce application cache by following these steps:
1. Click Start, click Run, type cmd, and then click OK.
2. Type the following command, and then press Enter
rundll32 dfshim CleanOnlineAppCache
3. Delete the "2.0" folder in AppData
- Uninstall ActionFlow
- Delete the "2.0" folder in the location: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps\
For
example, for user 'bill', you would delete this folder:
C:\Users\bill\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0
4. If it still doesn't work, make sure the Illuminaction.exe file is unblocked
ClickOnce apps launched from the Internet zone may fail to run: ClickOnce applications that are launched from the Internet zone will appear to download and install correctly but may not run. This is caused by the Application Reputation service returning an error when the ClickOnce app checks for updates.
To resolve this issue:
1. Find Illumaction.exe deep inside the '2.0' folder from Item (2) above (See screenshot below)
2. Right Click, Select Properties
3. In this dialog box, choose Unblock, and then choose OK.

Note: the screenshot doesn't show it, but it will be there if this file needs to be unblocked
5. Erase a stored password
This is for situations where
the user checked 'Keep me logged in'.
6. Whitelist ActionFlow with Antivirus Software
We have seen this before and the issue was not
on our end.- the antivirus software flagged us as Malware. Ask your IT team to identify the files in the antivirus and whitelist them.
7. Repair a problem with .Net framework
8. Copy and paste the download URL into a browser
