  2. Delete the "2.0" folder in the location: %userprofile%\AppData\Local\Apps\
For example, for user 'bill', you would delete this folder:
C:\Users\bill\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0
NotesInfoNOTE:  The AppData folder (this folder stores start up information for programs) may be hidden, in which case you'll need to click the 'View' menu in File Explorer and select the option to show hidden files
Alert
Grace had an issue where 2.0 wouldn’t delete bc it was being used by another program, uninstalled the dropbox folder/dropbox desktop and I could delete it (1/25/25)
         3. Reinstall from the website: https://www.actionflow.net/resources/install/

    4. If it still doesn't work, make sure the Illuminaction.exe file is unblocked

ClickOnce apps launched from the Internet zone may fail to run: ClickOnce applications that are launched from the Internet zone will appear to download and install correctly but may not run. This is caused by the Application Reputation service returning an error when the ClickOnce app checks for updates.
    To resolve this issue:
    1. Find Illumaction.exe deep inside the '2.0' folder from Item (2) above (See screenshot below)
    2. Right Click, Select Properties
    3. In this dialog box, choose Unblock, and then choose OK.
    Notes
Note: the screenshot doesn't show it, but it will be there if this file needs to be unblocked

    5. Erase a stored password

This is for situations where the user checked 'Keep me logged in'.

    6. Whitelist ActionFlow with Antivirus Software

We have seen this before and the issue was not on our end.- the antivirus software flagged us as Malware. Ask your IT team to identify the files in the antivirus and whitelist them.

    7. Repair a problem with .Net framework

CLR error: 80004005 - Microsoft Community - that link contains a repair tool - looks like it's a problem with the .Net framework

    8. Copy and paste the download URL into a browser

Copy and paste https://aflowwpfui.blob.core.windows.net/wpf/Illuminaction.application into a browser

    Alert

Check with Administrator or IT Consultant.  User doesn’t have permission to Install the program.
