Error When Uploading Files with Surface
Problem
Some users experience issues when uploading files to AF using a Surface device.
Solutions that have worked in the past
- Go into the clock settings on the Surface and make sure the set time automatically is set to "On".
- You can get there by going to settings > Time & Language > Set time automatically
