Our business has reorganized jobs into a bucket system, where sales are made and then begin the process through Template, Materials, Warehouse staging, Cut, CNC, Finish, and Install Inventory. What I am looking for is a dashboard that would visualize the overall movement of jobs through these buckets. I know that there is raw data inside ActionFlow, but the overall real time movement of jobs through our bucket system is not available. What we are trying to get away from are hard set install dates, and to instead give customers a window for Install. This frees up space in the system for remakes, production variability, and customer needs. Is there data I can currently pull to fill a pipeline visual, or is there anything that I am missing that currently is in ActionFlow that would give this information?
