When you hover over a job in the Scheduler, you can enable a configurable pop up window that provides additional details.
You can choose to view or hide:
- Custom Job Fields
- Job Contact Information
- Actions Grid - shows key actions associated with that job
- Areas Grid - shows the areas associated with that job
To configure what appears in this window, go to:
- Administration tab
- Enterprise tab
- Schedules tab
- Scroll to the right to the "Custom Fields" header and click "Edit"
Or work with your account manager.
Copying Selected Custom Job Fields
In the bottom section of the Custom Fields editor, you can copy the selected Custom Job Fields from one schedule and paste them into another schedule. Simply click "Copy" and then click "Edit" for another schedule and then click "Paste." Or if you would like the same Custom Job Fields to show up for all schedules, click "Copy to all other Schedules."
Enabling the Scheduler Details Popup Window
In order for the Scheduler Details Popup Window to be visible to a user, the "ShowSchedDetails?" box has to be checked for either the user or a user's role.
