Track Details Specific to Each Area/Room
This feature enables you to track details specific to each area (room) in addition to details related to the entire job.
That information can then be displayed on Job Site Details and Shop Details reports.
Configuration
Area Module
To add area details' fields to the area module, go to "Configurations," in the Administration tab. Then select "Area."
Add new fields and define the "FieldName" as the label that will show up in the area module. Select a "CustomText" or "CustomCheckbox" BaseFieldName.
If you would like the text field to have dropdown options, add "Values for Dropdown Box" in the right side of the page for the selected field.
Click "Save" if ActionFlow does not autosave.
You may need to exit out of ActionFlow and sign in again to see the change in the Area Module.
Reports
To add the area detail's fields the Job Site Details and Shop Details reports, go to "Report Configurations" in the Administration tab. Find the report, find the "CustomCalcFields" property and click "Edit." Select the fields you want to show up on your report.
